Join us as we bring together entrepreneurs from around the world to meet and share ideas. Columbia Business School will be traveling to Mexico City along with a group of entrepreneurs from around Africa for a study tour and classes, as part of the EC-Africa Program. We invite all CBS alumni, ECLA alumni, and invited guests to join. The majority of attendees will be entrepreneurs, so if you are interested in entrepreneurship, it will be a great networking opportunity.
The Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness Programs at Columbia Business School comprise the ECLA, EC-Africa, and EC-America programs, exclusively for entrepreneurs from small to mid-sized companies in Latin America, Africa, and the United States seeking to expand and better compete in today’s global environment.
The EC programs equip entrepreneurs with the skills, tools, and network to professionalize and grow their businesses. A key component of the program is that each firm participates with 2–3 leaders. This ensures a shared mindset and experience that enables decision-makers to implement the methodologies and changes that are needed for continuous improvement in their companies.
We are currently recruiting for the 2027-28 cohort of the ECLA program. If you are the founder of a company based in Latin America, you are welcome to apply! Learn more at our upcoming small group chats.
