Prior to joining L&G, Simões served as CEO of Banco Santander Spain and Regional Head of Europe, following 13 years at HSBC in senior leadership roles across London and Hong Kong. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, working in financial services across several geographies. Drawing on his global career, Simões will reflect on his leadership journey, the experiences that have shaped his approach, and the opportunities and challenges facing the financial services industry today.
