Discover Your Mystical Power - CPI Staff & PhD Students image

Which mystical being are you and what does it reveal about your power? As part of the Leadership Development Series under the auspices of the Reuben Mark Initiative for Organizational Character and Leadership, this interactive and imaginative workshop offers a fresh perspective on power, one that challenges conventional definitions. All participants will take a personality assessment designed to uncover their mystical archetype and untapped leadership potential. From there, facilitator Genevieve Gregorich, PhD Candidate in Strategy at Columbia Business School and Founder of Mystology, will guide participants on their mystical paths, exploring practices to heighten their powers as effective leaders. Key Learning Objectives: -Redefine power as attunement rather than control or influence -Discover your mystical archetype and how it informs your unique style of leadership -Identify what is blocking your power and how to move through it -Apply seven “spell-breaker” practices to awaken and embody your power About Genevieve Gregorich Genevieve Gregorich is a PhD Candidate in Strategy at Columbia Business School and an incoming Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Colorado - Denver. She earned her B.A. in Economics, with honors, from Macalester College. Her primary research examines corporate sociopolitical engagement and social movements. In other lines of research, she studies how zero-sum beliefs shape social interactions and how organizations can harness creative energy as a key resource. Beyond academia, she is the Founder and CEO of Mystology, a folklore-inspired system for self-discovery and empowerment. She is also known for her TEDx talk, Life Is a Game of Bullshit: This Is How You Win, which has reached over half a million viewers.
