Presented by the Paul Milstein Center and in partnership with the Real Estate Association, we invite you to an interactive discussion with Conor Flynn MSRED ’07, Chief Executive Officer at Kimco Realty Corporation, moderated by David Sherman, Co-Director of the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate.
Conor will share his perspectives on the real estate market with regards to retail, shopping centers, and mixed-use assets. Additionally, Conor will discuss his career path which began as an asset manager and has evolved to a variety of leadership roles within the organization including President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Investment Officer and President, Western Region.

Conor holds a B.A. from Yale University and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Additionally, Conor is a member and Chair of the Executive Board of Nareit, serves as Chair of Nareit’s Investment Advisory Council, and is a member of Real Estate Roundtable and Urban Land Institute.
