Presented by the Paul Milstein Center and in partnership with the Real Estate Association, we invite you to an interactive discussion with Conor Flynn MSRED ’07, Chief Executive Officer at Kimco Realty Corporation, moderated by David Sherman, Co-Director of the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate. Conor will share his perspectives on the real estate market with regards to retail, shopping centers, and mixed-use assets. Additionally, Conor will discuss his career path which began as an asset manager and has evolved to a variety of leadership roles within the organization including President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Investment Officer and President, Western Region. Kimco Realty is a real estate investment trust (REIT) and leading owner and operator of high-quality, open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use properties in the United States. The company’s portfolio is strategically concentrated in the first-ring suburbs of the top major metropolitan markets, including high-barrier-to-entry coastal markets and rapidly expanding Sun Belt cities. Publicly traded on the NYSE since 1991 and included in the S&P 500 Index, Kimco Realty owns interests in over 550 U.S. shopping centers and mixed-use assets comprising 100 million+ square feet of gross leasable space. Conor holds a B.A. from Yale University and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
