Earl W. Shank serves as the Senior Manager of Traceability and leads Tapestry Inc.'s traceability efforts as part of the ESG & Sustainability team. In his role, he is responsible for implementing and managing programs to maintain Tapestry's goal of 95% traceability and mapping of raw materials. This goal is part of Tapestry’s commitment to responsible sourcing and sustainable business practices and extends to its house of iconic brands, including Coach and Kate Spade. Earl earned a Master's in Public Administration with a concentration in International Development from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. Prior to joining Tapestry, Earl worked at the Fair Labor Association on matters related to supply chain social responsibility. In his free time, Earl enjoys cinema, American whiskey, and visiting aquariums.
