The Student Leadership and Ethics Board invites you to a special edition of the #EthicsMatters conversation series where we will dive into a nuanced conversation about the IBSC Learning Team Values exercise on values-based conflicts in LEAD.
Facilitated by SLEB Co-Chairs, Rachel Perelman '25, and Ben Ovenshire '25, all students are invited to hear from the new Class of 2026 January-term cohort regarding their experiences with values-based conflicts. This will be an open discussion about real life decision-making utilizing a values-based leadership framework. It will also reflect upon the Learning Team experience and how the exercise helped establish stronger bonds of connection.
