Hear about his bakery startup journey, how he overcame challenges, and positioned his business for growth. Sean Soo is a Hong Kong-qualified solicitor specializing in venture capital, fintech, and crypto regulations. He also founded Sbakery by Mama Soo, a specialty cake shop bringing authentic New York cheesecakes to Hong Kong. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Sean blends legal expertise with entrepreneurial passion. His shop is located on Tai Ping Shan Street, Sheung Wan.
