ReEntry Acceleration Program Info Session 2025 image

The Tamer Institute for Social Enterprise and Climate Change makes a business case for fair chance hiring through the ReEntry Acceleration Program (REAP).

Join us to hear from the CBS students working to deliver business training to incarcerated individuals.

Through the Reentry Acceleration Program, MBA and EMBA students can:
  • Learn about the history of mass incarceration in the United States and the role of business in reforming problems of mass incarceration
  • Participate in advising and/or instructor training
  • Teach a course in a NY State prison (Financial Empowerment, Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, or Pathways to Yes)
  • Lead entrepreneurship workshops on-campus for justice-impacted founders participating in Startup Works or advise funded startups
  • Advise formerly-incarcerated individuals participating in Justice Through Code as they prepare essential application materials and develop career skills
Lunch will be provided while supplies last.
