Why do employees quit their jobs? And, what differences are there in quitting jobs across racial groups? Academic research has been had conflicting findings about the answers to these questions. Using a novel approach employed on data from 1996-2019, Adina Sterling will present new findings from a study on the reasons workers quit, and how this differs across workers by race and gender.
